A written report is only as useful as it is comprehensive and clear.  My report begins with a summary of my findings as well as a photo section providing visual support.  The report concludes with a checklist of the inspection results.  As the client, you are encouraged to be present during the inspection so that I can explain my findings and answer all your questions.
